Lousy and will never buy a gift card through Top Cash again.
They never disclosed, prior to purchase, that the gift card might take up to one business day to be received. In fact, it’s been 2.5 business days and I still have not received it. There is no number to call to contact Top Cash, and they are not replying to my emails. I also can’t cancel the charge because of the credit card format I used. So I’m out a gift card AND out the money I spent. It’s like being robbed. If only I had just bought the gift card directly from the retailer. It would have arrived via email in seconds. Instead, I was cheated!!!

Best Deal on Carnival
I couldn't find any cash back or credit card deals on Carnival Cruise lines so I tried TopGiftCards and got cash back on Carnival gift cards then used the earnings to put towards my cruise.

It works
Sometimes it takes a few minutes between when the card is generated and when it starts working on the retailer's site. Also, I really wish it could save my billing address and stuff. It does accept PayPal, but it doesn't pull the address from there like it should, you have to type it in.

Double Rebate Potential
There is great potential to buy gift cards with rebates and then use these exact gift cards to shop online (Rebates) or in store. I am disappointed that they lowered rebate on Walmart & Ebay by more than half. I can get up to 4% elsewhere but then I must buy multiple $10 gift cards and Walmart for sure only allows the use of 5. Dominos are like 7% but can be purchased for 20%+ less at Raise, so this needs to be improved.
