Poor Customer Service
Usually had no issues cards are always delivered instantly.
But this morning I purchased a card and have yet to receive it. They charged my credit card but didn't fulfill the order. Nor do they respond to emails in a timely manner.

I purchased an e-gift card from Topgiftcards for Hote.com. They said it would come to my email in 5 min it’s been a few days , no e-gift card. No money returned to my account. No explanation.

Of all the things I love about top cash back this was a pleasant surprise to come across. Some other sites will not let you purchase discount gift cards until you've reached their preset minimum spending. Not here! They link you out and say "have fun saving all this money" and you can end up saving sometimes 20% or more!! Then use your gift card, then use TCB to shop and still get cash back for the store! It's simple, I promise! There's no Hoops to jump through. No hidden restrictions and I love seeing the browser extension pop up and say you have saved! It's so easy to use, that at first I thought it could not be a real money saving application. Usually things this quick and easy to use are a scam. TCB is the real deal! Try it for yourself you'll thank me later!
