Pros and cons
Pros are, it’s usually a good percentage that they offer for cash back. And I love their sales, along with cash back, without them i doubt I’d purchase anything. The quality of products are Prty good and easy to return if needed. Cons, it is very slow, usually months before I get my cash back. I think I’m still waiting on purchases from November at least, to see the cash back. Top cash back is great and offers numerous ways to get the cash back.

Rebates usually take several weeks to process...
I have been waiting for all of my Macy's purchases made online via Top Cash to be paid to my account. It's been over 14 weeks since the orders were placed! It should not take any merchant that many weeks to confirm and pay out the rebates due. Marcy Romano, Barnegat, NJ 08005

They decline for no reason and are slow to pay out when they do.
I had a decent sized purchase, which I did not use any codes or anything outside of TopCashBack and was expecting about $50 cash back.
The purchased tracked as would be expected and showed on my dashboard.
The cash back from the purchase was declined a couple weeks later due to no discernible reason.
I submitted to have it reviewed and it after waiting 4 months it was declined again with no explanation.
In the past Macy's has been very slow to pay out cashback compared to other retailers.
Given this and other experiences, I am much less likely to shop at Macy's.

I follow Macy's on FB & IG so that their Flash Sales pop up in my feeds. That's the best time to shop online. Also, if you like fragrance samples, follow Macy's official page on FB & IG & like a bunch of their posts. You'll start seeing Macy's ads in your feeds for free samples. They send out 6-8 samples per box & it's 100% free.
Macy's also sends free samples with every purchase online, plus you get cashback from TopCashback. Their shipping is fast & I've never had any issues with them. They're definitely one of my top favorite stores!

Cashbacks take months and that's even if it's tracking! Have had a horrible time in "waiting for retailer" limbo. You need to keep filing a claim - mine now says "it may take weeks, months or longer to hear back from the retailer." Not worth it at all!!
