I have had to submit too many claims to get my earned Cash Back. This doesn’t happen when I use other shopping sites. While it is true that you usually give the highest %, it may not be worth the extra effort in submitting claims and following up for weeks on end.

Macy's failed the Estimated 10 weeks for Cashback so often, now it's officially showing as 14 weeks. Add 4 weeks more, 18 Weeks Total, before we can flag this merchant for delays.
