Terrible. I didn't receive my cashback as promised and my follow-up regarding was all but ignored. PLEASE give me the promised cashback from this stay, now almost 5 months ago.

Well, both claims opened for missing cashback have been denied. Surprise? Not at all. Small transactions seem to track fine, anything with a decent cashback amount, the merchant network finds and blankets the claim as "declined" for use of a special rate, promo code not listed on TopCashBack, or TopCashBack was not the last click-thru cashback site. Well, I have news for the merchant network - I book ONLY the regular rate for my Hilton reservations, I don't use any promo code, and I do not click through on any other cashback or rewards site. Take a glance at the reviews and you'll see that transactions that are supposed to have a decent payout of cashback seem to be primarily declined and cashback not delivered to the customer. This is WRONG. I love TopCashBack, but their merchant network used for Hilton needs to be investigated and Hilton removed from an offerring. I have my documentation to move forward on these transactions. Over $150.00 in cashback through two transactions - I'm not taking a blanket response as the end-all this time. I see too many similar outcomes to mine to just let this continue to happen.

Time and time again transactions don't track or track at $0.00 payable and have been valid Blue tier HHonors (standard rates - no discounts). I have multiple transactions that have yet to be resolved, 2 of which are high-dollar transactions that are supposed to have over $100 cash back each. I'm on the verge of filing a formal complaint with the State Attorney General's Office and the Fair Trade Commission. Stay far away unless you want to take a chance. I have never had as much trouble with a merchant with Top Cash Back as I have with Hilton! Unfortunate!

The only thing you can add is a bar letting you know that you are doing the purchase through a web page which has registered the topcashback click, as the one on Hotels.com
