Lie & reject your claim - AVOID!!
I booked using Topcashback and have proof I booked at the time I went through the link on topcashback and choice say they can't find the booking so wont pay cashback, even though you can see I booked it at the time and date I went through the topcashback link, yep TCB just side with choice and say they won't investigate and that is that!
Avoid like the plague!
They wouldn't even see my screenshot proof I bought at that time and date, but TCB won't look at all!
How bad is that!
choice just lie and TCB side with them and reject your legit claim

I am STILL waiting for my cashback. The hotel was booked in January and the stay was completed the first week in February. The hotel was overbooked and had nothing but problems. And over 6 months later I am still waiting for the cashback. Big thumbs down!

Slow as heck
It just took forever and ever to actually get the cashback after the earning has gone into the "pending" status. Better than being outright denied, I thought for a while they would never pay.

The cashback experience with Choice Hotels was bad. I booked a room in late 2017 and never received the cash back. Several emails to the Customer Services and the responses were something like 'we can't really help'.

NO CASH BACK from Choice Hotels. Disputed. Was told I didn't clear my cookies or I used a coupon. Both false. Also told Choice wouldn't acknowledge my stay. Interesting as Choice awarded me Choice Points for my long stay. Wish I saw all these NEGATIVE ratings first.
