NO CASH BACK from Choice Hotels. Disputed. Was told I didn't clear my cookies or I used a coupon. Both false. Also told Choice wouldn't acknowledge my stay. Interesting as Choice awarded me Choice Points for my long stay. Wish I saw all these NEGATIVE ratings first.

This merchant is a total PITA. Always fighting to get cashback, every time they change website, transactions screwed up for months. Avoid is possible. Use hotels.com.

Had 4 separate stays. Used no coupon codes went through topcashback and main website. Nothing could have possibly been ineligible for cashback. Received $0.00 for 2 of my stays, the others are still awaiting but most likely will be rejected as well given this trend. Horrible merchant. Just terrible.

I purchased close to $6000 worth of loding and went through the TopCashBack site every single time. Sometimes even going back to be 100% sure I clicked through. I did not receive my cashback for most of them. I believe it has to do with the change in the Choice Hotel website. Spent several hours creating a spreadsheet of all the hotel stays and all I got back was $27 worth. It was working fine up until they changed their site. I am trying it again one more time because 8% is an amazing amount of cash back, but if this doesn't work, I will not book at Choice Hotels again. TopCashBack is supposedly trying to get the money but are told I went through another vendor. Which is simply NOT true. So frustrating and lots of time wasted. I should be getting more than $450 back, but only $27.

I would also like to add to the "other marketing channel" comeback line. I am convinced this all has to do with the Choice Hotel website converstion. Prior to the new Choice Hotel website launch, my purchases tracked 100% of the time. Now they NEVER track. I have been using the same TCB procedures since I joined and have no other tracking issues with any other merchants. I really hope they get this issue resolved soon. There are plently of other hotel bookings that track perfectly.

My 2 stays during June 2015 went unreported, and after manually filing a claim, I was told that both were rejected because of "use of other marketing channels." This is untrue, and no coupon codes were used. Similar experience to other reviewers. TCB has worked well for other merchants, but DO NOT USE for Choice Hotels.

I booked two separate hotel stay directly from web site and pay a full price without any discount. Cash back was rejected by general reason "use of other marketing channels"
