Dishonest
I’ve sent a full video to the customer care from TC demonstrating myself doing the whole procedure of booking through their system and even though my cashback was denied. Clearly Accor don’t want to pay and are trying to find an excuse for that. Not using this system anymore.

Very high failure rate for cash back

mostly not works. any jump across Accor websites for different regions or landing pages, any use of Accor points for payment, any promo rate selection - and cashback is confirmed with zero sum in the end

Unpredictable because Accor global system is inconsistent - even after you do online checkin or hotel process your points for discount, global Accor system thinks that reservation alrered then no Accor points no 3rd party cashback. Quite crazy. But sometime it works

I'm a 365-day long-term accorhotel guest, often not counting my cashback. After writing down the assessment, we will make sure it is reflected on the dashboard page.

The 365-day long-term accorhotel guest, whose cash-back reflection was not available since February but was reflected in October, which also states that the cash-back amount was 0 dollar in October. Even, yesterday's purchase was not reflected on the dashboard page, so I'm so angry.
