Stayed with Accor in Salzburg and Geneva only 4 and 3 weeks ago AND cashback is already paid. Accor are very prompt, especially when compared to booking.com who drag on for many months.

My success rate at getting paid for Accor reservations is below 50%. They are especially poor when a booking is several months in advance. By the time the stay has happened it's impossible to 'chase' the cashback.
