Price Adjustment Policy

If the price of an item that you bought goes down within 30 days of purchase, Temu will adjust the price as long as the item is being sold within the same country and/or region of your original purchase. However, promotional items may not qualify for the price adjustment policy.

Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on select items that you order from Temu. Just keep in mind that it can take up to 22 days for delivery. If you want your items faster, you can pay $12.90 for express shipping, or you can get free express shipping when you spend $129 or more.
