Have to be very careful with Macys - if anything is exchanged, you lose your cashback and TopCB doesn't help with it. Customer service at Macys isn't of any help anymore and they don't even know there is a cashback so if TCB can't help, Macys won't either

??Cashbacks are often ?denied or not tracked at all. ?Legitimate claims are also frequently stuck in "Waiting for Retailer" or denied. Not recommended.

i love macy's and have no issue with them. it's topcash back isn't tracking my shopping from there and other sites, so disappointing. i keep having to file missing cash back claims, which is annoying!

I do most of my shopping at Macy. I usually get great prices on high quality I t email and I can ship them back for free if they don't fit. Wonderful place to shop.

Horrible. I bought a clinique perfume set in a cute Xmas tin for a gift and it came completely bashed in andcrushed. Terrible packaging and as a result I didn't have a gift to give.
