We do not store any data of your face or fingerprint. When you enable Biometric Authentication, your device will store a unique biometric template for you. This template is never shared with us; it's used to verify your identity whenever you try to access a secure page in our app.
We’ve built Biometric Authentication on our mobile app in a way that feeds into your device biometrics and allows for the same fingerprints/faces to be authenticated, so we can take you to the page you want to access securely and quickly.
You can disable biometric authentication any time via the Settings & FAQs page on the TopCashback app or via your device settings.
