Love is in the air as Valentine’s Day draws near—and so are those heart-shaped price tags. Whether you’re wooing a special someone, treating yourself or braving the world of last-minute gifts, how we spend for February 14 says a lot about our hearts (and our wallets).

As Cupid gets ready to strike, tell us, do you plan on buying a Valentine’s Day gift for anyone other than a significant other? How much do you typically spend on Valentine's Day gifts and celebrations? When do you usually start shopping for Valentine's Day gifts?

These are just some of the things TopCashback wants to know. And who better to answer these questions than you?

We want to hear from our members about their plans for Valentine’s Day. Take a brief survey via the link below and enter for a chance to win $50! One lucky winner will be selected at random on February 6.

Please be sure to submit your email address at the end of the survey to be selected at random. Participants are required to answer every question to be eligible for the giveaway.

If you win, you will be notified via email from our winners@topcashback.com email account. The survey closes on
Wednesday, February 6, 2025, at 6 a.m. PT.

Responses are voluntary and will remain confidential. All answers will be compiled together and analyzed as a group. See the full giveaway terms and conditions for more information.

soponFebruary 1 2025, 09:09 Go on a Lunch date and take the whole family for a dinner
Santosh8844February 1 2025, 06:50 I usually spend around 200-300 in total for Valentine’S Day. This includes gifts for my significant other, friends, and family, as well as a nice dinner or activity to celebrate the day. I believe it’S not about how much you spend but the thought and effort behind the gifts. For example, I might splurge a little on a meaningful gift for my partner but keep it simple and heartfelt for others.

nguyentanJanuary 30 2025, 20:51 On Valentine’S Day, I like to make my Grands heart shaped pancakes with red syrup. I like to make a heart shaped cake and serve it to my husband for dinner along with his favorite meal (salmon). Valentine’S Day is a day for showing your love to those who mean a lot to you. I want my family to know it’S their love that I keep in my heart year round.

Mohidil January 28 2025, 06:40 Usually I try to buy some gifts apart from my soulmate for my mother also. It takes up to 2/3 weeks till I choose the presents and on average I spend 50/100$
Looseelite2023January 27 2025, 20:42 Jantar privado com refeiçõEs excelentes e belas vistas. É O melhor plano! :)
ghostlingJanuary 27 2025, 14:30 My other half and I usually stay in, cook dinner and just appreciate eachother. In recent years we have given eachother custom gifts such as rock art of us and our pets. But usually we just like to use the day as a reminder that all we need is eachother.
Mohidil January 27 2025, 01:27 Usually I try to give as a present his favorite accessories like ties or belt in real leather
Member141685718533January 26 2025, 10:12 Like many others here, i'm not big on gifting either. I'd rather spend valentine's evening having a nice dinner with my girlfriend at our favorite restaurant, drop her home and then grab some delicious Uber Eats for my wife on the way back home.
Melly20January 25 2025, 11:30 I don't currently have any plans. I used to make more of an effort with meaningful gifts, but now I don't because I don't get it back from my husband. I do make an effort to give something to my daughter though.
Member1241355750915January 25 2025, 10:51 Private dinner with excellent meals and good views. It’S the best plan! :)
OMAR ALAGEEDIJanuary 24 2025, 17:27 Love is no longer the same
leaminJanuary 24 2025, 17:14 In the past, it was good to exchange gifts and chocolates, but now it is better to eat delicious food together and have a good time together. Always with a grateful heart. ^^

DonnaYSJanuary 24 2025, 10:26 We don't gift but rather spend it toward a nice meal, so then I would purchase a gift card from one of the Topcashback merchant sites. Happy Valentines/Galentines Day All!
Member1229027490617January 24 2025, 10:09 I don't buy presents for Valentine's Day. I might buy a box of candy that my husband and I will share.
