Fake Cashback offer
Merchant still offers 15.15% but I did not receive even though I purchased through the topcashback link. Unfortunately, and unfairly this merchant does not accept claims from topcashback...so you're out of luck if you only purchased with Zappos in hopes to get cash back.
Misleading promo and merchant should be removed

Please do not use this merchant. They offer a large cashback to get the business but then ignore the claims. Unbelievable that a large company can get away with this and that cashback still allows them to be active.

Avoid this merchant.. they do not pay cashback. I'm a long time Top Cashback user. I understand how to ensure that cashback tracks. Zappos did not track and TopCashback does not allow you to file a claim.

I am very disappointed that I am not receiving my Zappos cashback, I have also submitted a ticket on top cashback but I have not really gotten any response. I made a $350 plus transaction thinking I would be getting 15% cashback as advertised on the top cashback website, but I have not received anything and they’re saying that they cannot claim this transaction with Zappos.
