Cashback Works Super Inconsistently
I spend thousands of dollars with Yoox during a special promo period where the cashback rate was a whooping 15%. NONE of the order was tracked even though I had screen recording showing I clicked through the link, started with empty shopping cart, completed order, submitted payment...
But when their cashback rate dropped back to the normal 3% or 5% my orders suddenly started being tracked with any problem while I did everything the same.
In addition, Yoox's customer service is horrible. They shipped me something I didn't buy when I voluntarily contacted them asking to return it to them the rude, impatient agent put me on hold for 25 min and never returned. Their website is also absurd--it tells us the height and chest perimeter of the model but doesn't tell us what size the model is wearing... just plain stupid.
