	Awful experience I booked my stays for April and August in January. After the April stay was completed, I requested my cash back. It took a few months but my account was eventually credited. However, when my August stay was complete I requested my cash bank and was told I had to wait 6 weeks to see if the cash back was credited before I could submit a request. I waited the 6 weeks and submitted my request. I was told it would take 12 weeks to resolve. Then the amount was not correct. It was the next year before my cash back was credited. It was a lot of work to get $233.

	It was a struggle because all of the rules aren't posted at the beginning and not all of the customer service reps were able to explain it the 1st, 2nd time but only after inquiring many times was I able to get the details
