Why so long to pay?
Some of these take way too long to become payable. Purchased 2 trips through the TC website. One was a few days, one says 10 weeks. Purchased both and completed the trips within a few days of each other... why so different?

They will just decline everything.
I have used Topcashback for over 5 years. I know how to use it correctly and it always works. However, my transactions with Viator never got tracked. I should have over $50 cash back, but they are denying the claims. Very disappointing. Do not believe the high rate as they would never award it.

Used the chrome extension which said cash back was active, yet TopCashBack still denied the $85 cashback.

Cashback doesn't track
Don't book using topcashback expecting the transaction to post. I've contacted customer service twice regarding this and the company always denies all claims even when no other sites are used.

Will not honor cashback
I use Topcashback on a weekly basis. I know how to use it correctly and it always works. However, my transaction with Viator never tracked so I submitted a claim. I should have over $60 back but they are denying the claim. Very disappointing. I had read other negative reviews about this issue but I assumed they were from people who did not know what they were doing. Apparently, I was wrong. I will not purchase from this company again.

Company declined cashback due to false reason
Viator claimed that the cashback was paid to another referral site. I booked three tours via topcashback, and followed the exact same process via topcashback. However, they declined the last purchase. I followed their and topcashback's rules and polices and still, cashback was declined and no mediation.

The deal did not appear, the caliper dealt with them for a long time. I had to show the invoice, the return was waiting 4 months.

I have made two purchases at the same time, but only one of them was recorded by the website for cashback. I have contacted topCashback, the customer service said that Viator would not entertain missing cash back, which I thought is totally ridiculous. While I appreciate topCashback customer service who have pushed my Amex rewards payable early due to this missing cash back, I still feel Viator's policy is unfair.
