Reserve Now & Pay Later
Keep things flexible by using Reserve Now Pay Later when you make a reservation with Viator. The program allows you to secure your booking without having to pay upfront, and it’s available for the majority of tours and activities. While there is no deposit required, you will need to add an authorized credit card when making the reservation.
As far as when you choose to pay in full, that's completely up to you. For instance, you can opt to let auto-pay take care of it two days before the experience or you can submit the full payment at your leisure—just note that full payments are due two to nine days before your travel date, depending on your particular booking. Viator will send you a payment reminder five days before your travel date.
Another important thing to know about Reserve Now Pay Later is that you will not receive your ticket right after booking. Once you have paid for your ticket in full, you will then receive an email with a link to your ticket.
Free Cancellation
Depending on the specific tour or activity you booked, you may be eligible for free cancellation as long as you cancel within 24 hours before the start time of your experience. However, not all Viator travel experiences have the same policy, so make sure to check the Cancellation Policy page on Viator.com to see which policy applies to your specific booking.
