Basically fraudster, for the second time they declined (after more than a month) a cashback correctly tracked. Just avoid at all costs, TopCashback will do nothing about it.

Trash. Deserves a zero. Offer an amount then chooses not to pay anything. What makes matters worse is I completed two cash back requirements and didn't payout anything for either.

They freely decline transactions that were tracked correctly claiming that "they can't trace the transaction", so basically reserve the right to validate transactions as they see fit
