didnt get cashback
despite having proof of the purchase, I did not get my cash back. Getting your cashback is hit or miss with top cash back. I don't understand how my purchase could not be located in the system when I made the purchase. The only thing that makes this palatable is the cash-back percentage was very low, so I am not losing much cash-back

I made the biggest transaction I've ever done through TCB and Tickemaster gives a really vague response that the purchase didn't meet their terms. I feel like they're taking advantage.

Terrible
I only received cash back after many months of back and forth with topcashback. Neither they or Ticketmaster would either pay what was owed or explain what rules I had not followed/broken in making my purchase. Very disheartening, but sadly not an unusual experience.
