This is the only retailer that I have this issue with. I click for cash back and make a purchase and my visit does not register and I do not get paid.

Easy rejection
Hard to really get the cashback. If you searched the product on your own, or add it to the basket, then, even if you are using TCB link to search and purchase, they will reject your cashback. Don't be blind by the seemingly-large cashback percentage.

No cashback is displayed in my account
I made multiple orders through the topcashback link, zero cash back was received. Aliexpress shows a few dollar purchase even you made a hundred dollar purchase. Now temu is even worse. No dollar and no click is displayed.

Never follows thru with cashback!
Time and time again have gone through top cash-back to shop at Temu And spend a lot of money and most times I'm expecting at least $20 And up for cash back And it will say decline for no apparent reason Never mind has not 1 single code worked, And I have read the specific details where it said works on website or only specifically works in the app and I Have complied With all that and still Nothing When I spend a lot of money and I'm expecting over $20 in cash back And don't get it. It's extremely frustrating To expect and earn cash back and not the amount that you're supposed to get ,but you get nothing at all! Then don't promise cash back at all, And certainly Don't promise that percent of cash back if you intend on giving nothing! If it's some ploy to get people To shop more at your site It's going to do the opposite How I'm treated by a company and by customer service will have a lot to do with whether or not I'm a loyal and continued customer.

Absolutely the worst
Getting cash back is worse than pulling teeth. I have to file a claim and wait forever before receiving any cash back. In addition, on several claims Temu breaks them into multiple claims but TopCashback only allows for a single claim for each order. Consequently, either all but one claim cannot be filed or the total does not agree with the amount shown on Temu's sub-order. The process couldn't possibly be worse. If I could rate it zero stars, I wouldn't hesitate to do so.

No Tracking, No Cashback
Same as others, did everything correct, all my other purchases track. My only two purchases still in status of waiting for retailer since last year. There is a tracking code in my clicks, but nothing tracking in my Earnings.

Never receive cash back even though spend hundreds
Temu always denies cash back even though I make large purchases several times a month for the last year (never through the app, etc). Not sure why even though all other retailers cash back goes through (Kohl's Target etc). I should start using a different cash back app but get lured in because the cashback they supposedly offer tmis so high 30 percent but just checked and they denied all ten of my last purchases, super annoying and frustrating!

Do not trust them
I followed every step to get cash back and they do not pay. No blockers, no coupons, etc... and even after appealing they say no.
Do not buy from them, temu is not trustworthy.

Fake link to Temu
I had no issues in the past and now with links to other sites on TopCashBack so I never tracked. I recently realized that I never received cash back from Temu. I have made quite a few purchased in the past year with the link from TopCashback, none of the clicks worked and received no cashback.

Temu DECLINED 9 of 11 cash backs for significant purchases even tho I always triple confirm compliance to restrictions... Especially disappointing since I could have selected a different cash back app but I usually try to remain loyal to TopCashback
