I received the cashback as payable after about 2 weeks. The transaction took a very long time to track (I had even opened up a missing cashback claim, but it ended up tracking).

Keep your receipts and records, and set a reminder on your calendar, because in 3 years I've bought TaxAct using a click-portal, I never get cashback until after I file a "missing cashback" claim 4 months later.
