States item is not eligible but doesn’t state why, ridiculous. Lost $43 on cashback because they had a 10+% cb.. now it sounds like a scam. I would purchase from a competitor.

Cashback declined because "item not eligible" but they won't say why. It was not excluded or otherwise mentioned in the terms anywhere. I would not have shopped here if not for this offer. Total scam.
