They denied cashback for trying out their starter plan, claiming a promo code was used when I definitely don't remember using one. Looking through the site again, signing up through certain places shows a promo code in the URL for the free trial, which is offered by default for plans and shouldn't disqualify for cashback (not sure if that's the 'promo code' they mean). Take caution
