Not really happy with Sears. I placed my order through TopCash (which did a great job.) However, Sears did not. I asked for in-store pickup. I was told to go to an isolated hallway. No one was there. There was a computer screen. I needed to enter my info into that computer. Remember, this is my first (and last) time doing this at Sears and there is no one around to guide me. Then a message appears telling me someone will be right out with my order. Someone did come out within the prescribed amount of time and handed me a bag. He was gone before I had a chance to look inside. I just wanted to get out of there. My bad. I had bought two shirts for someone for Christmas. One of them was the wrong size. Way to go, Sears! You made me look like a fool
