Always no refund if you use promotion code provided by Sam Edelman
I used promotion codes provided by the merchant, and although they claimed that they would provide 10.1% cashback, the earning was shown as $0, indicating that you would not receive any cash back if you have already used additional promotion codes, even those provided by Sam Edelman! This happened last time when I shopped via TopCashback as well. Annoying.
