Raise Reviews

Raise is the perfect spot to shop discounted gift cards, according to TopCashback members. They consider it a “good vendor” and an easy website to navigate. “I’ve always loved Raise for their quick service and customer care,” reads one comment. Another agrees, but adds that the ability to earn cash back is definitely a huge incentive.

More Raise reviews discuss how easy and painless it is to save money. “It helps stretch my family budget,” someone writes. Several others note the great deals that are always available. “Raise makes every day sale day,” says a satisfied shopper. “I love this site, both as a buyer and seller.”

Several of my Raise.com transactions are not getting cash back. Filing a claim for each of them is a pain.

Raise has not been good or reliable to deal with.

You don't receive any cashback for using this site, and a lot of times their gift cards are out of stock. I've moved on.

Raise denies claims for any reason regardless of the terms and conditions. Claims do not track. The sudden string of 5 star reviews looks awfully suspicious.

Lots of gift cards and even if its 2% off on a largely gift card it makes a differance, so I love to use it!

I used to like buying from Raise, but they now don't track purchases and find some reason not to pay-out even if you follow the T&C. The current T&C posted indicate I should be getting paid, but they use a bogus excuse to disqualify my purchase.

Should be zero stars!!!! This merchant is TERRIBLE at paying cash back. I have loged many "missing cashback" claims and never got any paid. This merchant is the reason I stopped using this website.

I sell a lot of gift cards on Raise, but less than half my gift cards are being tracked. I have to list one at a time every 1-2 hours in order to track each listing.

Seems like they are very difficult to get cashback from without getting TCB involved using a missing claim ticket.

Lots of bogus excuses for not paying out. I've got a dozen clickthroughs for purchases, plus 2 for selling cards. Each were qualified for payout per the posted T&C. However, after dragging feet for 3+ months, they changed their T&C, then used the NEW T&C to deny payout of my clickthroughs (new T&C states minimum and maximum purchase price). What's additionally stupid beyond the ex post facto application of T&C is that the purchases STILL fit within their new purchase amount requirements. Note: they also applied this "does not meet purchase amount requirements" argument to cards I SOLD on Raise, which were eligible for a flat $1.50 cashback. Raise may be a good deal for buying gift cards, but they treat their cashback program customers poorly, which is likely reflective of how they operate their business as a whole.

Hit or miss as far as tracking your purchase. Annoying to have to follow-up & lodge a claim which does not get submitted to Raise until 30 days past purchase date.
