It took 16 weeks to get my cash back. That's an extra 6 weeks on top of TopCashback's estimated payout of 10 weeks... On the other hand, NordVPN pays out right on time.

PureVPN Cashback Not Honored – Deceptive Tactics
I signed up for PureVPN through TopCashback because of the attractive cashback offer. It’s now been over two weeks, and the cashback is still not showing as payable — no updates, no resolution, just endless delays.
I contacted PureVPN support multiple times, and all I got were copy-paste responses claiming the issue was “escalated.” Nothing was actually done. When I asked for a refund due to the missing cashback, they refused, hiding behind their refund policy — even though the only reason I want a refund is because they didn’t fulfill their cashback promise in the first place.
This is clearly a bait-and-switch tactic.
TopCashback should seriously reconsider allowing PureVPN on this platform, as their behavior reflects dishonest business practices. If you’re here hoping to get cashback from PureVPN — don’t waste your time.

Not yet available for withdrawal to the account
I bought Pure Vpn on 01/12/2024, it's been 3 and a half months, it's been confirmed for over 1 month and it's still not available for withdrawal.
I think this is an abuse and non-compliance, so yes for me it is a scam!
I demand that the amount be credited to the account urgently, otherwise I will classify Topcashback and Pure Vpn on Trustpilot as (BAD).

No tracking at all.
No reply from customer support when i requested a refund within 30 days money back guarantee.
The only luck for me is i paid with paypal and got my money back through paypal. If you use a credit card, you will lose your money because they will ignore you completely.
Avoid this at all cost.

Received cash back at 105% of original amount
I got the cashback from the retailer after a wait of about 3 months which probably is what I have seen most of my friends say with TCB. I wish we did not have to wait that long to get the cashback that is my only complaint. Else TCB is highly recommended for cashback. I would have given 5 stars but because it took so long hence 3/5.
