WARNING! You will not get your cash back from Priceline through TCB.
I know the deal looks so good on TCB with large % cash back listed under Priceline, but I'm warning you now to avoid them completely. I've made a few purchases on Priceline between June 2023 to April 2024. It's now the beginning of 2025 and most of them have still not paid out yet. All my tiny little claims worth like $2 made it through somehow but when it comes to the bigger purchases with cash back $7 to $68, it's been pending ever since. It's just been sitting there with no new updates. Because it's pending and not confirmed or even rejected yet, I can't even put a claim in with TCB. I've tried reaching TCB customer service and all they can do it say wait for it to change, but clearly it's not changing! I regret making those large purchases through Priceline. I thought I was saving some money with them but really I'm out over $100 going through them. Annoying! Don't purchase through Priceline on TCB!

Do NOT use Priceline they are thieves
I booked a rental car last Monday, March 11th, 2024. It didn't tell me I was booking through Priceline. It booked through some other 3rd party. But it ended up being Priceline. It doesn't state that the license much match the payment credit card and prepaid cards are not acceptable. After you book it, it tells you some of this but it's in fine print that is hard to read. Especially for a 65 year old. So, I get to Budget to pick the car up I paid to rent for a week. Over $200. Well, Budget wouldn't rent the car to me because I listed my son as the driver but paid for the rental with my card. That's the second time Priceline has taken my money without me being able to check in my room that I paid for for a week, over $300, and now this. Everything booked through Priceline --non-refundable, non-refundable. That's a damn shame. If you like one wrong mistake when booking with them you are screwed and cannot change the booking or get your money back. That is a damn shame. That's how they do business. If you make a mistake using Priceline, you can forget it. Not to mention, if you book through them, hotels and car rentals have their own rules and they both make it impossible for you to fulfill your reservation. If you ask me, Priceline is a thief and should be prosecuted. They know what they're doing, and it's a shame. Everything you do through Priceline, non-refundable. SMH. That's $600 Priceline has jacked me for. Never again and neither will my family or friends use this scamming company!!

Horrible Experience
I finally received my cashback for my purchase through Priceline two weeks prior to it taking a year. I had to contact topcashback several times in which they finally resolved the issue and paid me. I would like to note that topcashback was always very prompt and courteous in responding to my emails. I will never use Priceline through topcashback again.

Booked a hotel stay over $900 with a cash back of $67 but apparently was not paid out. Had to put in a missing claim but result came back declined. Apparently, they claim that I did not go though TopCashBack when it clearly tracked in my history. (HOW WAS I ABLE TO FILE A MISSING CASH BACK?) Anyways, TopCashBack won't help as well. They are only paying out smaller cashbacks as I also booked a car rental around the same time as well and recieved cash back for that smaller purchase. This does not seem right at all. My advice...go with a different Cashback site when you are booking a hotel. Giving 2 star only cause my other transaction came through, otherwise would have only given a 1 star.
