Never received cash back. I had to file a claim and they gave a vague response that did not answer why my chargeback claim was denied. I will not be using TopCashBack and definitely will not rely on any cashback opportunities for OfficeDepot/OfficeMax in the future. Frankly, I think most of the positive reviews here are fake.

Never received cashback. Claimed $0 purchased and $0 in cashback. I had to send ticket to customer service and still no response. I would not recommend using cashback sites for Office Depot.

They don't pay on legitimate cash back purchases. I made a purchase of over $300, followed all the rules and they didn't pay. I submitted a claim, they took three months to make a decision, and then denied the claim, probably because it was more than they wanted to pay. In the end, TopCashback came through and paid me out of their own pockets. TopCashback is great, but I won't be shopping at Office Max again.
