Poor Cashback Tracking & Zero Accountability - This is scam
I used TopCashback for two purchases with Oakley, fully following all terms—no coupons, no ad blockers, and a clean session. After waiting over a month, my cashback was declined without any explanation. When I reached out, TopCashback gave generic excuses and refused to escalate or provide any real reason for the denial.
They claim to "pass along what they receive," but if retailers can decline cashback with zero accountability, what’s the point of using this service? If they won’t stand by their users, then this is just a gamble, not a reliable cashback platform.
If you value your time and money, consider other cashback services like Rakuten, which offer better transparency and support.
