I ordered two pair of capri's and ordered in large by accident. Contacted CS within 15 minutes (via email) and let them know and requested to have size medium sent. They got back to me a few days later and said the shipment already went out. They were quite rude about it, too. I love their clothing, but may not order online again because of this experience.
