My cutback claim was declined because "another marketing channel." Which, according to my email response, "the most common reasons behind this declined resolution is either that TopCashback was not the last referred click when making a transaction, or that a coupon/promotional code was used that was not listed on our site." My receipt shows I did not use any coupon codes, and I despite TopCashback being my only cutback website I use, I cannot go back and prove that I didn't click on another link or use another site. Lumber Liquidators, it would appear, has found a nice loophole to not pay out on these cashback claims.
