Cancelled 1 of the items I ordered even though it showed available on the site for several days after my order was placed. I received no explanation why but it caused me to loose a topcash back bonus of $3.00 on the order.

Items arrived at the near by store in 3 days. I received a call from a real person letting me know the items were ready. I was able to inspect the merchandise before accepting. My actual in store time was less than 3 minutes. I had no issues and will purchase again via TCB.
