Cashback did not show up after the stipulated timeframe for this retailer. I had to put a support ticket with topcashback after which the cashback was credited to my account,

It seems La mer is not able to auto-capture the cashback as out of 2 orders, all of which need to be manually filed. But it went through eventually. Thx
