I was supposed to receive $10 cashback and received only one-fifth of that. Definitely misleading. In addition, the company never sent me a shipping confirmation and it's been a week. Also ridiculous that you cannot lodge claims!

I followed all of the rules and still didn't get my cashback. Customer service on this site refused to help saying they can't submit a ticket for Julep. It also shows 100% for this merchant but that's NOT TRUE!!!!!
