Check refunds if purchased with gift card
I purchased a JCPenney gift card through Top Cash back and the purchase did not go as planned so I returned the items in store. I was not refunded a gift card or store credit but was told a check would be sent to my home address. What an inconvenience especially during the holidays!

JCPenny is one of my favorite stores. They have quality cloting and some of the best sales! Great for a family shopping on a budget. No hassle returns and the JCPenney rewards are an added incentive.
