Not tracking
Save yourself the click and use a different cashback portal. Purchases don't track and TopCashback doesn't even allow to file missing cashback for Instacart. They offer the highest return at 10% but it's useless if you never get a penny for your purchases. Might as well use other platforms that pay 1 or 2% back, but at least you'll get something for your purchases.

Declined?
For some reason, my purchases through Instacart are frequently declined. I am aware that I can not have any other cash back service active, but this one has the highest percentage cash back, so I always use it, but it keeps getting declined, and I am not sure why. So I'm frustrated with this one.

Inconsistent Credit for Purchases
Instacart seems to be hit or miss with crediting for purchases. I often make 2 purchases in one day from different merchants on Instacart. I am frequently credited for 1 of the purchases but not the other. No luck getting credited when putting in a help request despite having a receipt with that shows the tracking number.

Instacart usually is a good source for a cash back refund but lately it seems to reject the offer without any explanation. I don't understand why it's hit and miss for cash back, but it's still one of my favorite services to use.
