	Very easy, but remember, it does not pay out until after your stay. This includes purchases that are paid in full, non refundable. But once I stayed, the payout was about 2 weeks

	They were on the ball in the beginning, but i had to submit over 20 claims on declined cash back. i am hoping this gets resioved very soon.
