Why isn't my Cash Back payable yet?

Each retailer has a different time period in which your Cash Back becomes payable. If you click on your Earnings page, you can see an estimated payable time frame. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate.

If you have made a purchase for a vacation, you must complete your stay first in order for the Cash Back to move to "payable" status. If you have made a contract/insurance related purchase, a number of months are required to pass so the retailer can see that the policy has been kept before progressing Cash Back. Any other purchases must go through a validation period to ensure all proper criteria has been met.
