To ensure we deliver on our Highest Cash Back Guarantee, please note the following requirements for all claims:
1. Eligible Sites: We’ll match rates only from U.S.-based Cash Back sites: BeFrugal, GoCashBack, Honey, Max Rebates, Mr. Rebates, Rakuten and Tada. We don’t match closed group sites or non-paid platforms.
2. Direct Purchase: The guarantee applies only to direct purchases that successfully tracked.
3. Same-Day Rates: The higher Cash Back rate must be available on the exact day of your transaction—claims for rates offered after your purchase aren’t eligible.
4. Proof of Rate: Please provide a valid URL to the higher rate. A screenshot with date and time can also help verify your claim.
5. Paid Transactions Only: Only paid transactions with a Cash Back value of at least 1 cent are eligible. Free Cash Back offers and reward points, like Discover Card and MyPoints, do not qualify.
6. Claim Timeline: Submit your claim within seven days of your transaction. Be sure to include the amount of Cash Back showing in your account. Not sure if your claim qualifies? Submit it anyway, and we’ll do our best to help!
