Cash Back amounts are generally based on your final purchase amount and does not include taxes, shipping and the actual discount amount saved through coupons.
If your Cash Back is much lower than expected and delivery costs don’t explain the difference, consider submitting a Missing Cash Back Claim. Be sure to include details in the claim notes.
When submitting, provide the full purchase price, but only the missing Cash Back amount.
