TopCashback Help - Frequently Asked Questions

I cannot click through to a merchant's site. Why?

Firstly, we would suggest that you try by clearing the cookies on your computer. (Cookies are just small chunks of information which are stored in your browser, that simply store tracking information so that we can track your cashback back to you.)

The issue could also be related to anti-spyware or other protection software on your computer.

This protection software often seems to prevent computers from accessing the affiliate network sites, which are used to track your cashback.

To prevent this problem you will need to look at the URL (site name) in the address bar of your browser when you get the blank page, and then allow that domain to be accessed by your protection software. This domain may look something like www.tradedoubler.com or www.[randomletters].com.

If these solutions aren't successful, we would suggest that you try accessing the links via another web browser or another computer.
