I asked for payout by ACH - why haven't I received it yet?

When we have processed your payout request (which we normally do every few days), then we will send you an email. The cashback should then reach your bank account with 4 working days.

From time to time this may take a little longer - but if you feel the time taken since requesting your payout has been excessive, then please let us know.
