TopCashback Help - Frequently Asked Questions

Why has my Cash Back been replaced with $0?

If your Cash Back has been replaced with $0, it means that the retailer has declined your Cash Back. There are a handful of reasons as to why a retailer may decline your Cash Back, but some common reasons are as follows:

1. The purchase (or part of the order) has been returned or canceled.
2. A coupon code/non-qualifying promotion was used.

Although the retailer has tracked your transaction, it decided that it didn't qualify under the Cash Back terms. If this has happened to you, but you can't think of a reason why your Cash Back should have been declined, we encourage you to submit a Missing Cash Back Claim so we can look into it for you.
