If you really feel that your cashback is significantly less than you were expecting - and this isn't accounted for by delivery or other such costs, then you might like to submit a Missing Cashback Claim. When submitting your inquiry, please let us know the background within the claim notes.
It is really important to make sure that you quote your full purchase price but only the cashback amount that you are missing.
