A merchant told me it doesn’t have a relationship with TopCashback

This is actually quite a common inquiry, but easily explainable.

Not all members of staff of a business are told about the precise marketing techniques their company uses, particularly when it comes to cashback as it’s still a relatively young industry.

TopCashback works with the main USA affiliate platforms and the merchants we list are those that have signed up to being represented by one of these platforms, in return for paying them a small piece of commission. We therefore don't work directly with most merchants, but use the network they chose as a mediator between us.

We can assure you that if a merchant is listed on TopCashback then it is running a cashback program with us.

Pease can we respectfully ask you not to contact merchants directly about your cashback. Doing so may annoy them, possibly leading them to drop their cashback program altogether.
