You won't get your cash back on used items at least. I've had two purchases in a row declined even though "used" purchases are not listed as an exclusion in the terms and conditions.

Don't count on getting your cash back from this retailer
Don't count on getting your cash back from this retailer. Even if you clear cache an cookies and do everything correctly, Guitar Center will give the weak excuse to not pay of, ""Not last referred click."

Guitar Center declined most of our cash back, I assume because the items we purchased were used items. However, they were guaranteed and sold directly from their website. We could not find information that said we would not get cash back on used items and are extremely disappointed.
