Refused to give cash back
Title says it all. I have the receipt, confirmation number and payment even a screenshot from top cash back saying it’s been recorded, and groupon just refuses to acknowledge it. After a year of back and forth I’ve given up and will never use them for any services going forward! The principal is that lying to a customer is a turn off and if I used any other service that had an issue groupon would not offer to help or lie about it.

Only one of a half dozen or more orders tracked, and my earnings will take an estimated 13 WEEKS to become payable. Of the remaining orders I was only able to submit a claim for the missing cash back on ONE order, and have to wait weeks to find out IF I'll receive the earnings or not.

TopCashBack has the highest regular rebate rate for Groupon, which is awesome. I've had plenty of shops that didn't automatically get added to my account so I've had to open many cashback claims. I always get the claims, but it does take a long time to get the money, which is a little annoying. Otherwise it's great.

Unacceptable Wait Time. Two months before transactions were accepted and only after claims were filed. Another 3 months before cashback is payable. This is from a company that has a 3-day refund policy.
