Tracked my click-through but not the purchase. Manual claim rejected by merchant 32 days later (conveniently after return period). Guess it was a $10 lesson to not shop at GameStop again.

I will never shop this retailer again. Very dishonest. Selling a digital game item and then after payment is collected, they claim they don't have it and issue an xbox gift card. They will not refund or give the correct item. They state they no longer have it and keep it listed on their website. Extremely DISHONEST!!

Please note that you cannot place an in-store pickup order with Gamestop and get cashback. Because of the way Gamestop's system works, you don't even get an order number when you place an in-store pickup order. All it does is hold the item for you which is confusing since it asks you for payment information at the time of "purchase." But you are asked to pay in the store with cash/card, so the transaction isn't registered on TopCashBack.

Not very smooth and not very quick. Multiple requests for an ETA on the status went unanswered. Was told payable in 8 weeks took almost four months.
